Resumes shown on the website are submitted by job seekers. We do not accept responsibility for the content and expect employers to perform their own verification and screening procedures.

Definitions

- "Customer" – any person or organization using our services
- "Agreement" – a signed agreement form
- "Services" – all recruitment-related products and services
- "Contract Month" – month-to-month period as defined in the agreement
- "Contract Term" – full term of the agreement
Service Start
Services begin only after the agreement is returned and confirmed by us.
Pricing
We may change rates for ongoing agreements. Prices are confidential. Unused services cannot be carried forward unless confirmed in writing. Customers are liable for payment regardless of usage.
Payments
All prices are exclusive of VAT. Invoices must be paid within 30 days. Late payments may result in service suspension and interest charges of 1% per month. Recovery costs will also be charged if debt collection is required.
Termination
Fixed-term agreements cannot be terminated early. Services can be suspended if the customer breaches terms or becomes insolvent.
Liability
Liability is limited to direct damage and capped at either the amount paid or €15,000, whichever is less. Indirect damages are excluded unless caused intentionally or by gross negligence.
Job Posting
Recruiters must comply with applicable rules. We do not guarantee responses or suitability. Employers must verify applicants themselves.
Availability
We aim for 24/7 availability but are not liable for downtime due to technical issues or force majeure.
Equipment
You are responsible for having the necessary tools and internet connection to use our site.
Content & Links
Job posts with links must maintain those links. We may remove posts that contain defamatory or offensive content or harm our reputation. You must not include discriminatory language in job ads.
Passwords
CVs are not publicly searchable. Profiles must be requested via filters and are shared in anonymized format.
CV Database Use
Only use CVs for hiring purposes. Do not sell or misuse database materials. Respect privacy laws and our terms.
Conduct
You must treat job seekers professionally and comply with data regulations. You agree to indemnify us for any breaches or third-party claims.
