Senior Technical AI Product Manager (m/f/d)
Description
Join our high-velocity AI “speedboat” team at Sport Alliance. This is a deeply hands-on role for someone who wants to lead product strategy while staying close to the code and technical architecture. You will own the roadmap for our Chatbot conversational agent and AI Member Journey Hub, working in a tight-knit unit of engineers to design, prototype, and ship AI-native solutions at scale.
Your position in our team
- Strategy & Commercialization: Define the roadmap for our multi-agent platform and translate AI pilots into scalable, revenue-generating products (Sales, Retention, Coaching).
- Hands-on Building: Actively contribute to the development, code base, and deployment
- Technical Architecture: Partner with engineering on LLM selection, cost optimization, and deployment patterns.
- Customer Impact: Work with enterprise accounts to translate complex operational workflows into AI solutions and support GTM strategies.
Your Profile
- Experience: 3+ years in Product Management, with at least 1 year specifically on AI/ML products.
- Communication: Fluent in English (C1),German is a plus.
- You can bridge the gap between technical details and commercial goals effortlessly.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, ideally within ERP, CRM, or complex operational platforms
- Technical Depth: Strong intuition for system design. You are comfortable with prompt engineering, agent frameworks, and observability tools.
- Execution: A “builder” mindset—you thrive in ambiguity, iterate fast based on production data, and focus on ROI.
