We’re seeking an exceptional Senior AI/ML Engineer & Data Scientist who can lead the development of innovative AI-driven solutions, build agentic AI capabilities, implement generative AI platforms, deploy intelligent autonomous agents, and deliver insightful, data-driven strategies to empower our clients.

What You’ll Do:

✅ Generative & Agentic AI Development – Design, build, and deploy advanced generative AI and intelligent autonomous agents leveraging NLP, large language models (LLMs), predictive modeling, and advanced analytics.

✅ Data Science & Predictive Analytics – Analyze complex datasets using statistical methods, machine learning, and deep learning to derive actionable insights and predictive solutions.

✅ AI Model Fine-Tuning & Optimization – Continuously improve AI models through rigorous fine-tuning, feature engineering, hyperparameter optimization, model validation, and performance monitoring.

✅ Advanced Prompt Engineering & RAG Techniques – Implement sophisticated prompt engineering techniques and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) methodologies to enhance model performance, accuracy, and context.

✅ Integration & Delivery – Collaborate closely with DevOps, software engineers, and business stakeholders to seamlessly integrate AI models and data science insights into scalable, enterprise-level production environments.

✅ Continuous Research & Innovation – Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies, including AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face), big data analytics tools, and cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP).

✅ Visualization & Communication – Clearly communicate insights and results through advanced data visualization and interactive dashboards (PowerBI, Tableau), enabling strategic business decisions.

What We’re Looking For:

🔹 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML, NLP, generative AI, predictive modeling, and data science.

🔹 Strong proficiency in Python and experience with leading AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, Hugging Face, Scikit-learn).

🔹 Demonstrated expertise in statistical modeling, exploratory data analysis, predictive analytics, and big-data techniques.

🔹 Proven experience deploying scalable AI solutions on cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).

🔹 Excellent collaboration skills, able to partner effectively with diverse stakeholders to solve complex business challenges.

🔹 MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, or related field preferred.
