About The Role
We are looking for a Conversational AI Engineer with 3+ years of experience to design, develop, and optimize AI-powered chatbot and virtual assistant solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Conversational AI platforms, NLP, and AI-driven automation. If you are passionate about enhancing customer interactions using AI and automation, we would love to have you on board!
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy AI-driven chatbot and virtual assistant solutions.
- Develop conversational flows, intents, and responses using NLP and AI frameworks.
- Integrate chatbots with LivePerson, Google Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, or other Conversational AI platforms.
- Work with APIs, webhooks, and third-party systems to enhance chatbot functionality.
- Optimize AI models to improve accuracy, intent recognition, and contextual understanding.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to enhance chatbot solutions.
- Monitor chatbot performance, analyze conversational data, and implement improvements.
- Stay updated on the latest AI, NLP, and automation trends to drive innovation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Conversational AI, NLP, and chatbot development.
- Expertise in AI/NLP technologies like Google Dialogflow, IBM Watson, Rasa, Microsoft LUIS, or LivePerson.
- Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, Node.js, or related programming languages.
- Experience with machine learning, intent recognition, and AI model training.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs, webhooks, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Experience in chatbot analytics and continuous optimization for better user experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
