Data Analyst/ Data Engineer
Our client is one of the reputable IT solutions provider in HK with wide range of professional services from different industries. They are now looking for an experienced Data Engineer/ Data Analyst to join their team.
Responsibilities:
⢠Drive data analytics including but not limited to Conversation, customer score, visit, usage and transform into actionable insights;
⢠Perform data analysis/ data mining to support business objectives.
⢠Data Visualization: Utilize tools like **Qlik Sense, **Tableau*, and other visualization platforms to present complex data insights in a clear and actionable manner, enabling informed decision-making. Â
⢠Advanced Analytics: Leverage analytics tools, such as **Alteryx*, to extract valuable insights from extensive datasets and deliver data-driven recommendations to stakeholders. Â
⢠Data Integrity and Security: Ensure the quality, accuracy, and security of data used across the organization, applying strong knowledge of database concepts and data governance practices.Â
Requirements:
- Degree in a relevant subject or related field, e.g. analytics, mathematics, computer / data science, operations research
- At least 1 year of work experience in data analytics or related analytical field
- Experience dealing with very large data volumes
- Experience in measurement approaches, data governance, and testing
- Extensive experience with data visualization tools such as Qlik Sense, Tableau, or similar platforms
- Proficiency in Python for analytical tasks and experience with tools like Spark is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
