Job Description:
Role: Artificial Intelligence Consultant
Sector: Insurance
Job Type: Full Time
Location: Hybrid in Madrid
What You’ll Do
- Lead the definition and execution of the company’s AI strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Identify opportunities to apply generative AI in key processes, optimizing efficiency and reducing costs
- Drive task automation and contact center optimization through AI solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to integrate AI solutions across different areas of the company
- Evaluate the impact of AI implementations and propose continuous improvements.
- Key Responsibilities
- Define and develop AI strategies, ensuring their integration with business processes.
- Identify and execute generative AI projects, such as task automation, invoice processing, and call quality analysis
- Optimize contact center performance using AI models for policyholder identification and validation
- Manage the implementation of AI solutions in the cloud (Azure, AWS), coordinating their integration with the existing technological infrastructure.
- Coordinate and oversee internal and external teams, ensuring the successful execution of AI projects
- Work cross-functionally with various departments (operations, technology, business) to ensure the adoption of AI solutions.
- Track and evaluate implemented solutions, ensuring their impact and proposing improvements as needed
What We Look for in You
Education and Technical Knowledge:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related fields
- Additional training in AI (Master’s degree, postgraduate studies, certifications) is a plus
- Knowledge of generative AI, NLP, and machine learning
- Experience with generative AI models (ChatGPT, LLMs, etc.)
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Python, R, SQL)
- Programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or R
- Experience with cloud solutions (Azure, AWS)
- Familiarity with contact center automation platforms (e.g., Genesys)
- Understanding of agile methodologies and project management tools (Jira, DevOps)
- Fluent Spanish
Required Experience:
- Experience in consulting or end-client environments implementing AI in business processes.
- Experience in developing, configuring, and deploying AI models.
- Management of automation and optimization projects through AI.
- Implementation of chatbots, virtual assistants, or AI-based automation solutions for contact centers.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and external providers.
