Role Overview:
As AI Developer, you are the hands-on builder of GoSpooky’s next-gen AI and automation tooling. You will prototype intelligent agent systems, implement generative workflows, and develop intuitive interfaces that empower our internal teams across creative, strategy, and production. This is a technical maker role at the intersection of AI, creative innovation and growth automation. built for someone who loves to tinker, prototype, and ship smart tools that get used. Key Responsibilities:
- Build, test, and deploy intelligent AI agents that enhance both internal operations and client-facing workflows.
- Integrate AI agents into GoSpooky’s core productivity tools, including Slack, Google Workspace, and custom dashboards.
- Design and automate workflows using tools like
n8n, Rasa, or custom automation stacks. - Fine-tune LLM-powered agents with advanced prompt engineering, memory management, and multi-layered context strategies.
- Fine-tune large language models for business-specific use cases.
- Collaborate with the AI Lead and cross-functional AI Champions to scope, prioritize, and refine agent features.
- Contribute to the development of “agent observability” tools to enable transparency, debugging, and performance monitoring.
- Implement ethical and safe AI practices through guardrails, feedback loops, and testing protocols.
- Regularly evaluate real-world usage to improve performance, reliability, and user experience.
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years of experience in AI development, preferably in dynamic or experimental environments.
- Strong Python development skills and experience with libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalents.
- Deep working knowledge of LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Gemini) and prompt engineering techniques.
- Demonstrated experience with agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, Pinecone, Weaviate, or Redis Vector.
- Solid grasp of machine learning fundamentals, MLOps workflows, and model deployment strategies.
- Skilled in data analysis and manipulation using Pandas, SQL, and other modern data tools.
- Proficiency with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Comfortable using Git and writing clear, maintainable documentation.
- Capable of working independently while thriving in cross-functional, creative teams.
Nice to have
- Experience in creative studios or digital production.
- Familiarity with custom generative AI pipelines using tools like ComfyUI.
- Background in dashboard development, analytics tracking, or observability systems.
- Understanding of GDPR, data governance, and AI ethics.
- Exposure to NLP or CV applications.
- Experience working with large datasets or distributed systems.
- Contributions to open-source AI projects or developer communities.
